Client Account Terms

You must be over 18 years of age or at least the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you reside or from which you use our Services.

In order to access and use the Services, you must register for an account in the Client Panel (account) of the WEBBYCLIENT service, providing your full legal name, current address, telephone number, valid email address and any other information specified as required. «WEBBY» may reject your application for an account or cancel an existing account for any reason at its sole discretion.

You acknowledge that «WEBBY» will use your contact information as the primary communication channel.

You are responsible for the security of your text. «WEBBY» cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your accounts and articles.

You are responsible for all actions and content, such as photographs, images, videos, graphics, written content, audio files, code, information or data uploaded, collected, generated, stored, displayed, distributed, transmitted or submitted on or in connection with your account (materials) that may be damaged due to YOUR EDITING and not by technical support staff.

Violation or breach of any term in the terms of Service, as determined in the sole discretion of the agency «WEBBY», will result in immediate termination of your Services.

The agency «WEBBY» reserves the right to change the terms and pricing policy of the promotions and offers. Promotions and special offers can only be carried out with the Services provided by the services of the agency «WEBBY».

 

Payment for Services

Subject to our offer agreement, the person signing up for the Service will be the contracting party (“account holder”) for the purposes of our terms of Service and will be the person authorized to use any relevant account that we may provide to the account holder in connection with the Service.

If you are signing up for the Service on behalf of your employer, your employer must be the account holder. If you are signing up for the Service on behalf of your employer, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind your employer to our terms of Service.

For long-term cooperation, it is necessary to conclude an Agreement, which will specify all your Services, cost, conditions, and which will be valid for the entire period of provision of Services by the service.

 

Payment for Services (explanation)

The Services provided have the status of digital and virtual, and are not included in the category of physical. Payment for all Services is made personally by the Client after registration in the Client Panel and adding certain Services to their order basket.

Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual or Annual payment for already purchased and active Services is made within THREE days of the invoice being issued for payment of these Services, depending on the period of validity of the Service at the time of its order.

All Services provided do not have a cumulative system. This means that if you pay for a Service and do not use the add-ons or features included in it in full, these add-ons and features do not accumulate and do not carry over to the next paid period.

All provided Services are paid for according to their Tariffs, which have terms of provision, consumed resources, with the exception of Promotions and Special Offers, provided for by the internal charter and regulations, as well as by the agency of web services «WEBBY» itself. Payment for the use of Services is made upon the fact. Therefore, refunds for their non-use are not provided. (see below «Refund Policy»)

 

Return Policy

Payment for using the Services is made upon completion. Therefore, refunds for non-use are not provided.

Also, due to the increasing incidence of fraud (purchasing a Service and then requesting a refund to receive the product for free), we do not provide refunds for paid Services.

The refund of funds may be considered as a mutual offset of one Service for another equal to the cost of the refund, or by replenishing the Client's balance in the Personal Account with an amount equal to the refund amount.

The client, however, must first contact our technical support. We always try to solve any issues for our clients and will definitely find options for their successful resolution.

 

Security Policy

When paying for an order with a bank card, payment processing (including entering the card number) occurs on a secure page of the payment aggregator's processing system, which has passed international certification. This means that your confidential data (card details, registration data, etc.) do not enter our billing system, their processing is completely protected and no one, including our billing system, can obtain the client's personal and banking data.

When working with card data, the information security standard developed by Russian and international payment systems Visa, MasterCard - Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), MIR is applied, which ensures secure processing of the Holder's Bank Card details.

The applied data transfer technology guarantees security of transactions with Bank cards by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), Verifiedby Visa, Secure Code protocols and closed banking networks with the highest level of protection.
