Refund Policy
1. Products
Payment for the use of Products or Services is made upon their use. Therefore, refunds for their Non-use are not provided.
We always make every effort to correct any defects that we find as soon as possible. In almost all cases, we can quickly and efficiently resolve any issues with our Products and Services and/or your environment.
Since we offer intangible and non-refundable Products and Services, we do not issue refunds once an order has been placed and activated. The only exception is when a customer requests a refund within 14 days of purchase, and the Product or Service has not been activated or used by the customer. Refunds may also be considered as offsets of one Service for another equal to the value of the refund, or by replenishing the Customer's balance in the Personal Account with an amount equal to the refund amount. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this when purchasing any Product or Service on our website.
Purchasing a Product or Service implies acceptance of all its advantages and disadvantages. Refunds are not provided due to the fact that, in the buyer's opinion, the Product or Service does not meet his/her expectations. Open source products are not subject to return or exchange. Please consider your purchase carefully. Also, due to the increasing incidence of fraud (purchasing a Service and then requesting a refund to receive the product for free), we do not provide refunds for paid Services.
The client, however, must first contact our technical support. We always try to solve any issues for our clients and will definitely find options for their successful resolution.
2. Services
Our product related services include installation, template integration and priority support. Since such services are intangible and non-refundable, we do not provide refunds once work has started. However, we guarantee the highest quality of service and do our best to meet your expectations.
